Delegation as a part of management
Since delegation saves manager’s time on one hand and developes subordinates on the other hand , this training thoroughly deals with methods and principles of delegation.
Managers, executives, teamleaders and project managers form a target group of this training programme.
Training content
- We have chosen a shorlist of issues dealt with during the programme: principles and techniques of delegation, using the rule : deadline – person – bin, barriers of delegation, delegation of „monkeys“, which roles can and which can not be delegated.
- Practical rehearsal are mainly dedicated to practising situations „Assigning tasks“, „Handling resistance and disinterest of an employee“, „ Argumentation during delegation“.
- A separate part of the training programme deals with levels of employee maturity and employee development and their impact on delegation.
