This training programme is tailored to retail sales staff, sales representatives and all the sales force, who want to improve their communication with clients and consequently increase the sales of products or services.
- In an interactive way, participants will learn to identify basic characteristics of particular types of customers with a respect to their personality type and purchasing motives.
- Practical part – videotraining – will provide self- realizaiotn, self - reflexion, as well as the feedback from other participants and the trainer.
- Every participant will individually create an „objections catalogue“ together with recommended responses, which will be their practical helping tool in sales discussions.
- After the training programme participants will be able to adapt their communication and talk style to a type of a customer, which creates the fundamentals of a successful sales deal.
