Sales skills – Sell with pleasure
This interactive practical training programme is designed for sales representatives as well as all the sales force, who need to sell products and services actively and successfully.
Training content
- Participants will learn and practise communication and selling techniques.
- They will learn to make a possitive impression and cope with all the stages of sales talk (ranging from preparation for business negotiation to reaching a successful business deal); they will learn how to convince the client about the benefits of offered product/ service – and finally successfully sell it.
- We will give a special concern on how to deal with objections as a decisive stage of a sales discussion.
- Participants will have fun practising techniques of successful deal closing, and eventually will be able to sell with a smile.
