Stress management a relaxation techniques
A well-known psychologist says: „You need stress to a certain degree to push you to achieve significant goals or tasks...“ It stimulates your mind, provokes you to react quickly and keeps you from being bored. An optimal level of stress can energise you, improve your job performance and enhance your efficiency.
However, one can not cope with this physiological and psychological state of tension and anxiety in a long term without negative side effects and an adverse impact on their body. Eventually, long term exposure to stress leads to lower work performance.
Training is aimed at all people , who experience stress in their professional and personal life , and want to learn how to prevent it and cope with it.
Training content
- Participants of this training will handle the recognitoin of signs and symptoms of stress, they will learn about the causes of stress and types of stress, stages of stress and techniques to tackle stress.
- Every participant will learn how to eliminate adverse effects of stress, prevent stress by means of using time management, rules of efficient communication and mental hygiene.
- Energy mobilizers, concentration techniques will enable participants to forget about stress.
