The art of persuasion – Negotiation
The purpose of this training programme is to teach buyers negotiating techniques to ensure themselves lower prices and better conditions. Training is also targeted at sales people, sales reps , (Key) Accout Managers, whose aim is to sell with the maximum possible profit.
Training content
- Participants will acquire the skill of active listeninig and correct argumentation in business talk, they will master specific negotiation techniques, steps of efficient negotiation, assessing business partner, typology of partners , analysis of decision making factors, the right choice of negotiation tactics, handling objections rationally and efficiently as well as managing the negotiation talks from preparation stage to closing a successful business deal.
- Practical rehersal of dealing with negotiation situations and traps is a commonplace. The outcome of the training is an individual plan for improvement of negotiation skills for every participant of the training.
