Selection and recruitment - job interviews
The aim of this training is to teach participants to analyze the job position and indentify the candidate profile (qualifications and personality requirements), to be able to define the stages of a job interview, to lead an interview properly, to increase efficiency of a job interview, to teach them how to ask the questions in order to receive useful information about the candidate, to formulate criteria for selection of a suitable candidate, to choose the best candidate from a number of strong candidates, and to participate in controlling the adaptation process of recruited employees.
This training programme is aimed to appeal to Personnel Managers, Human Resources Managers, recruiters and managers , who are in charge of selection and staff recruitment.
- Participants will practise all stages of a job interview in model situations, they will learn to read between lines from candidates‘ CVs and acquire confidence and quick response to candidates.
